Foil as Artistic Medium

Northern Kentucky Artist Shawn Voelker is a pioneer in the use of foil and acrylics to create unique works of art. His many portraits of sports and entertainment celebrities use hologram foil that changes and reflects different colors with the change in lighting and/or movement of the viewer. A graduate of Northern Kentucky University, Shawn's works are included in many private and corporate collections around the country.
