FOCUSED ON FOILS! Donna Phelps instructs this fast paced one day workshop that focuses on the use of her unique and versatile line of Multi-Metallic Patterned Foils. Using various patterned and solid color foils, Donna will share her unique approach to combining pattern with pattern, her cutting edge techniques in layering foiled stenciling to create custom high end looks, and her super fast, super easy method of glazing, enhancing, and protecting foiled projects with Faux Effects top of the line products.
