This Steel Paint is actually iron particles in an acrylic medium. The Steel Paint can be applied over any surface. If you want it to rust immediately (within 24 hours) you can brush, roll, sponge, or spray on the Rapid Rust oxidizer. Try applying these materials in a variety of ways to create different effects.
