Using classical elements provided to you in class you will build your own designs that can be used for borders, medallions, panels and more. Each design created will be unique using a process that simplifies even the most complicated looking designs. Start small and build your designs to fit the space you or your customer wants to embellish. During this 2 day class we will discuss and experiment with designing for difficult spaces, extending the size of designs, design resources, linking designs for borders and transferring techniques. Then you will choose one of your designs to transfer and hand paint onto a beautiful limestone surface to take home. But remember, it is not just the sample you are leaving with, but information that will equip you to make hundreds of designs without ever taking out a stencil brochure.
